Legal Internship at the Department of Legal Affairs, Govt. of India: Apply Now!

The Department of Legal Affairs, Government of India is inviting applications for its LLB Internship Programme, offering law students and graduates the chance to gain practical exposure to the functioning of legal advisory and litigation processes within government departments.

This internship will help train young legal minds in research, court functioning and advisory work in areas such as constitutional, administrative, finance, infrastructure, economic, labour, arbitration and contract law.

Eligibility

• Students who have completed 2nd year of a 3-year LLB course or 3rd year of a 5-year integrated law course

• Law graduates from recognised universities (No NOC required).

• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, etc.) preferred.

Stipend: Rs. 1000

Duration: 1st May 2025 to 31st May 2025

Location: New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru

  • Required documents

  • NOC from college/university (for current students)

  • Final year certificate (for graduates)

• A maximum of 50 interns will be selected per batch.
