The Allahabad High Court invites applications for the post of Research Associate for the year 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to contribute to legal research and work closely with the judiciary. Below are the key details for interested candidates:
Vacancies and Remuneration
Total Number of Vacancies: 36
Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000/-
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed a Three-Year or Five-Year Law Degree in the current calendar year from a college or university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
For candidates whose final LL.B. marks are available, a minimum of 55% marks is required in the LL.B. examination.
Candidates awaiting final year results may apply but must present their final mark sheet at the time of the interview, meeting the minimum 55% score requirement.
Candidates who have been awarded marks in CGPA format must bring the official conversion formula from their university/institution on the interview day.
Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
All original documents are required to be presented at the time of the interview; failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 years (Born on or before 01-07-2004)
Maximum Age: 26 years (Born on or after 02-07-1999)
Application Fee
The application fee for all candidates is ₹500/-.

Screening & Interview Test Date: 2nd Saturday and/or 2nd Sunday of July 2025
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a screening test and interview to assess their knowledge, legal aptitude and research skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview and selection will be at the sole discretion of the Allahabad High Court.
